I've finally cashed in that Amazon gift certificate from the Debatable Choir, and will be getting another straight trumpet (in the hopes of finding a horn worthy of getting multiples for a 4-6 member trumpet ensemble) and a book on the history of brass instruments. I only have to pay a smidgen due to shipping. Yay! Excitement! I also took the leap and have begun my Amazon wish list. I haven't even scratched the surface of the books or CDs, but I have a start, right here. I am disappointed that they don't offer any of the David Carr battle red Texans jerseys, but I'll deal. They're out there, to be sure.
