Fellow complainers, we have a song.
Yesterday was much lyric forming, chorus creating, and word smithing. We created what the song will rotate around, and added some more complaints that will appear in verses.
Today was applying chords to the words and getting a skeleton of a song. The chords came quickly, nicely. They weren't the same ones that I wrote last month, but it was the act of writing those others out that allowed the chords we're now using to flow out as easily as they did. It's process I need to assimilate and reproduce and recognize when it is used.
We added more complaints for more verses because we know we'll need them, and opportunities for unique quirks and personality are coming into clearer view. It's fun. Still, we need more people, though I figger that things have gone as well as they have with only 3 or 4 involved. But we need more. More!
I have more to post about, more I want to post about, but it's late and I need to do other things now.
